This ensures that the quality of our work and our expertise is taken into consideration on tendered work. While the lowest price is often the largest factor in awarding contracts, you want to be secure in knowing that the contractor awarded the work is actually qualified to do the work and will meet your needs and requirements for communication, safety, installations, schedule, clearances, and any other unique factors of your site.

  • a copy of our letter of good standing with the WCB of Manitoba
  • copies of our General Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance
    • we can add Additional Insured, as required
  • bonding capacity documents
  • clearance applications
  • financial information
  • billing rates
  • a write-up of our company’s services and projects
  • employee industry experience: resumes of owners, principals, and key employees and years of experience, any recent training
    • years of experience and years with the company of all Journeypeople
  • copies of our Health and Safety policy and our Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • general information on the company and ownership structure
  • declarations of potential conflicts of interest
  • declaration of dispute or pending disputes
  • a list of the type of work and a description of the work we sub-contract
  • relevant recent major construction projects
  • letters of reference, as required
